
Joseph Flynn
Joseph Flynn is a professor of curriculum and instruction at Northern Illinois University.
He teaches courses related to social justice, multicultural education and curriculum studies. His scholarship offers critical examinations of race, media and popular culture, and curriculum. He is the author of White Fatigue: Rethinking Resistance for Social Justice and co-founder of the Social Justice Summer Camp at Northern Illinois University.
In his free time, he enjoys watching and discussing film, listening to jazz and hip hop, cooking, and spending time with his family.
