
Carol Davies
Carol Davies was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. After graduation from the University of Illinois in 1971, she began an over 40-year teaching career. In 1975, she moved to New South Wales, Australia where she taught for 10 years. Upon returning to the US, she returned to Rockford and joined the teaching staff at Boylan High School, retiring in 2015 after 30 years. In retirement, Carol keeps busy with LWVGR activities and volunteers as a docent at Frank Lloyd Wright’s Laurent House. Carol is married and she and her husband have two adult children and two grandchildren.
