On Saturday, May 29th, the Peru Library is hosting a blood drive with ImpactLife. The bloodmobile will be in the library's lower parking lot from 9 am to 1 pm. Registration is easy, by visiting https://login.bloodcenter.org/donor/schedules/drive_schedule/106200 . Appointments are at 10-minute intervals, making it easy for everyone to find the perfect time to donate blood.
Blood drives provide a critical resource that helps save lives at hospitals in our community and across our region. ImpactLife, formerly Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center, supplies area hospitals with blood, plasma, and platelets.
The Peru Library is at 1409 11th Street in Peru, at the corner of West and 11th Streets, on the north side of Washington Park.
