Attorneys have filed additional motions in the case of the man accused of killing Northern Illinois University student "Toni" Keller. According to the Daily Chronicle, one motion would dismiss first-degree murder counts against William Curl because they do not specify what acts caused Keller's death. The second requests a hearing on whether testimony from a state witness should be allowed. A hearing on the motions is set for November 13th. Curl's trial is scheduled to begin December 3rd.
