Mozart Journey XVII: Requiem
The final concert in St. Charles Singers' 12-year, 17-concert Mozart Journey will include the composer's Requiem, as well as Ave Verum Corpus, Symphony 25 and the aria Non piu di fiori from La Clemenza di Tito.
The Mozart Journey project was launched for the choir to perform and record the entire known genre of Mozart's sacred compositions, including many rarely heard works. The choir will be joined by Metropolis Chamber Orchestra, which has worked with the group throughout the project.
Soloists for the concert include Michelle Areyzaga, Margaret Fox, Bryan Kunstman, and Jess Koehn.
