“Transformation Through Rhythm” Benefit Concert

Are you aware of music’s many therapeutic qualities? For instance, in South Africa, drumming circles help orphans cope with the loss of parents and impoverished conditions.  Join WNIJ and DeKalb County Hospice for "Transformation Through Rhythm,” 7pm, Monday, March 26th at DeKalb High School. This free evening of entertainment features performances by a variety of student percussion ensembles -- including NIU’s World Music group -- to support DeKalb County Hospice and its partner program in South Africa.
