The Northern Illinois Radio Information Service (NIRIS) is a division of Northern Public Radio, the public broadcasting service of Northern Illinois University. NIRIS is a unique broadcast service which provides current print information to blind and print-impaired citizens of northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.

Studio A Café is a monthly concert series where we invite you to join us behind-the-scenes for live recordings. Hear great local and touring talent in an intimate setting as you enjoy coffee and refreshments in Studio A. Concerts are held on the first Tuesday of each month at noon. The event is free to attend and open to the public.

Come out, bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket and have fun! Featuring a 14+ soccer tournament and kid's skills clinic as well as stage performances and community connections throughout the day.

This role is focused on growing sponsorship revenue by developing partnerships across our broadcast, digital platforms (including podcasts), and live events—all while supporting our mission to inform, engage, and inspire our communities.
