Caitlyn Baylor is the Business Manager of Rockford Area Habitat for Humanity, where she has worked for four years. Caitlyn is a Rockford native who graduated from Auburn High School.
She received her undergraduate degree at Grinnell College in Iowa. Upon graduating, Caitlyn served as the GrinnellCorps Fellow with Jericho Road Housing Initiative in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she was first introduced to the importance of community and housing development work. Caitlyn returned to Rockford in 2013 as an AmeriCorps VISTA member, with the goal of continuing this work in her hometown.
Outside of work, Caitlyn serves on the Board of the Rockford Area Arts Council and is a company member of Without Shoes Modern Dance Company. She also creates independent site-specific dance works around the city with her twin sister, Meghan.
