While Caleb Blodgett is known as the first settler of Beloit, Wisconsin and much has been written about him, this program offered in honor of Women’s History Month, will focus on newly discovered details about his wife Chloe. Chloe Kidder was the daughter of a Revolutionary Soldier and the mother of 10 children who were raised on the new frontier. Come learn about the extraordinary woman who settled this land…her joys and her hardships.
