Carpenter's Place founder rewarded for social service works

Rockford, IL – Carpenter's Place in Rockford has helped transform the lives of many homeless people. The outreach center has been growing and evolving since it opened. This week, its creator is being recognized as a social innovator. WNIJ's Cameron Bren reports.
