DeKalb, IL – On Saturday, March 8th, voters in Illinois' 14th Congressional District will decide whether Republican Jim Oberweis or Democrat Bill Foster gets to fill out the remainder of retired Congressman Dennis Hastert's term.
It's been a short and contentious campaign, with the candidates spending a few million dollars of their own money and their national party's funds. Today, the first of two reports on what 14th district residents can expect from their next Congressman.
