Many northern Illinois schools are closed due to winter weather today, Monday, November 26:
All DeKalb Dist. 428 schools are closed.
All Dixon Public schools are closed.
Indian Creek schools are cancelled. After school extracurricular activities may also be canceled.
Kishwaukee Community College will be closed.
Northern Illinois University is closed. Monday classes at NIU-Rockford are canceled. Naperville, Hoffman Estates, and Lorado Taft will remain open and operate with a regular schedule on Monday.
Rockford university will be closed until 1 p.m. Morning classes are cancelled. Afternoon and evening classes will be held as scheduled.
All Rockford Public Schools will be closed. All after school activities are canceled as well.
All Rock Valley College locations are closed.
Sauk Valley Community College will be closed.
Sycamore Dist. 427 schools are closed. As a result, classes will be in session on the emergency day, Monday, February 18, 2019.
