Cars & Coffee - Rockford is held on the first Saturday of the month from April to October. It is held in the Rockford Public School Administrative Parking Lot (500 spots/120 off street) and is the largest automotive event in Rockford, Illinois. As always, Cars & Coffee Rockford is free to participate and free to spectate.

It was started in 2019 and is a non-profit of Katie's Cup Coffee. In 2023 they averaged 519 people and 253 cars per/car show (biggest #342 cars & 675 people). It is pet friendly, bike friendly, handicap accessible and kid friendly activities.

Participants attend from Bloomington, IL, the Chicago suburbs, Madison, Milwaukee area. The attractions include a Monster Truck, Rockford Ice-hogs Mascot and a Hot Wheels display. The Police, Fire, County, and State municipality participate monthly.

We support Rock House Kids, Rock River Valley Pantry, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Noah’s Ark, Winnebago County Sheriff's Teddy Bear Drive, Katie's Cup, and the Illinois Make A Wish Foundation. Car Groups attend from Illinois and Wisconsin, with 17 different car groups/clubs.
