Refinancing the McHenry County Conservation District's debt could reap 12 million dollars in savings, officials said Wednesday.
The Northwest Herald reports the district's Board of Trustees approved refinancing the $116 million it still owes on its 2005 and 2007 referendum-approved bonds.
