Nicolosi and Associates, LLC

A Rockford lawyer and onetime Winnebago County State's Attorney  has been chosen an Associate Judge of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court that serves Winnebago and Boone Counties. Philip J. He served at Winnebago County State's Attorney from August 2007 to December 2008. He currently acts as legal counsel for the Villages of Rockton and Roscoe.

Nicolosi will start in his new post January 6.
