NIU Percussion Ensemble Spring Concert featuring the world premiere of Hartenberger's 'Requiem'
Please join the NIU Percussion Ensemble for its Spring 2024 concert on Sunday, April 14th at 3PM, as we proudly present a program featuring the world premiere of Russell Hartenberger’s REQUIEM, a major new multi-movement work for nine percussionists and five vocalists, as well as Steve Reich’s 1971 minimalist masterwork, DRUMMING. We are thrilled that Mr. Hartenberger will be with us at the performance!
