Instructor Chef Raechal lives in Harvard with her husband and two children. She studied Education at ISU & Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales. She worked at the Ritz-Carlton in Denver, and helped Stephanie Izard open Little Goat Diner & Duck Duck Goat. She was the executive Chef at St. Mary’s Hospital in Janesville and currently teaches at McHenry County College.
