The Elgin Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of Alex Amsel, presents Carlos Simon's 'Fate Now Conquers,' Camille Saint-Saëns' Violin Concert no. 3 with soloist Blake Pouliot, and Piotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's Symphony no. 4, in concerts on Saturday, April 1 and Sunday April 2 at the Hemmens Cultural Center.
