Join us for a peek into the world of common edible wild mushrooms. The fool-proof four mushrooms refer to four of over 50 wild mushrooms that are easy to identify, abundant, and what we call "choice" edibles (meaning delicious). Hunter Le Duc of the Illinois Mycological Association will help us recognize these four mushrooms and a handful more that can be found easily, locally, and can be turned into succulent and nutritious meals.
