Echoes of the Season
The ECHO Ringers of Rockford will be presenting our upcoming Christmas Concert, “Echoes of the Season,” on Sunday, December 7 at Grace United Methodist Church in Rockford.
Our 14 ringers will be playing both handbells and choir chimes (and various percussion instruments). The pieces to be played will include many seasonal (sacred and secular) favorites including: "The First Noel,” “Lo, How a Rose E’er Blooming,” “What Child Is This,” “Carol of the Bells,” “Let It Snow,” “Parade of the Tin Soldiers,” “White Christmas,” and others. The arrangers for handbells were written by Cynthia Dobrinski, Cathy Moklebust, Ron Mallory, Kevin McChesney, and others. The program will last 70 minutes.
There are no tickets, and no admission charge. There will be a free-will offering.
There is plenty of off-street parking near the door (no steps)
