DeKalb, IL – After Hurricane Katrina, evacuees from Mississippi and Louisiana spread out across the nation in search of a place to live. Some people have settled into their new communities for good. Others are biding their time until they can go back. WNIJ's Chris Lehman caught up with one evacuee in DeKalb County who's eager to get home. That's because he's running for Congress.
