Patrick Roberts is an associate professor in the Department of Leadership, Educational Psychology and Foundations at NIU, where he also serves as Faculty Director of the Blackwell History of American Education Museum.
He is co-author of the books Turning Points in Curriculum: A Contemporary American Memoir (2nd Ed., Pearson, 2006); Give ‘Em Soul, Richard! Race, Radio, and Rhythm and Blues in Chicago (University of Illinois Press, 2010) and Bitten by the Blues: The Alligator Records Story (University of Chicago Press, 2018).
