Holiday Traditions in the Kitchen
Holiday Traditions in the Kitchen
Food and recipes take center stage during the December holidays. The family meal wouldn’t be special without including one or two recipes handed down from a previous generation. Enjoying those recipes is a wonderful tradition in keeping memories strong.
On Tuesday, December 12th at 6:00 p.m., Food Enthusiast Natalie Martin will virtually demonstrate how to create four traditional holiday ethnic desserts – Egg Nog (Britain), Pan Forte (Italy), Buñuelos (Mexico), and Makowiec Cake (Poland). This program is free and open to the public. For more information, please call the Library at 815-223-2341.
