Free Birth-Age 4 Developmental Screening
The annual birth through age 4 screening for Lee County will be held during February. The purpose of this screening is to ensure children are reaching developmental milestones. Children are asked to perform a variety of activities in the areas of concepts, language, and motor skills. Vision and hearing will also be screened. Parents will be asked to complete a social-emotional and self-help questionnaire as well as give permission for the screening to be completed.
