The Dixon Municipal Band under the direction of Jon James will present the final concert of the Summer Sounds 2022 on Thursday August 4 at 7:30 PM at the Page Park Band Shell. The concert will begin with Sousa's Black Horse Troop. Guest conductor Jonathon Rivera will lead the band on Prelude, Siciliano and Rondo. Other selections include Mary Poppins, The Big Cage, Anthem for Winds and Percussion, The Marches of John Williams, Overture Energico, Irving Berlin Showstoppers, and The Big Race. The DHS Drama Department will be selling refreshments and Door Prizes will be awarded.
