Get ready to sing, clap, dance and spin along during two concerts by award-winning musician and author Jim Gill on Friday, July 5, at Discovery Center Museum. Musical Mania with Jim Gill is part of the museum’s Family Friday series.

Rockford native Jim Gill is a musician and author known for celebrating active play. In concert, Jim strums energizing rhythms on his banjo while everyone sings, claps, dances and spins along to his silly and inspiring musical games. Filled with songs and stories from his award-winning recordings and books, the concerts are a joyous celebration of music and togetherness that families will love.

Concert Times: 11:00 am and 1:00 pm
Cost: Concerts are included with museum admission: Public: $10/person; Members and all children age 1 and younger are FREE.
Ticket Info: Concerts will be inside, so seating is limited. Tickets will be available on event day on a first-come, first-served basis.
