There is fun at the festival for the whole family! The day’s activities include wagon rides through the prairie to look for bison, guided exploration hikes at the Visitor Center, and steward-guided tours throughout the preserve featuring scenic photo locations, autumn wildflowers, preserve hideaways, native wildlife, sandstone rock formations, and more. Additional attractions include a Discovery Tent and a live birds of prey display.

This event is open to the public and held whether rain or shine. The only fee is $5 for parking. Headons Fine Meat food truck will be on site with food and beverages for purchase with options available for vegetarians, vegans and omnivores.
