The weather is looking cool and lovely for this late August workday on the prairie! Join us at the main entrance on Flora Drive. There will be a variety of tasks we can undertake to help the ecosystem of the prairie. Knock back the grapevines sprawling over the prairie plants at the entrance, or collect and disperse New Jersey Tea seeds to broaden their range. We’ll also remove cages from the wooly milkweed plants, take a stroll, and plan for our autumn workdays. All tools and PPE will be provided.

Please dress for the weather, wear long pants and sleeves, and bring sun protection. Bring a full water bottle and snack to enjoy.
