Join us for a thrilling comic-making workshop with local author, illustrator, and Beloit College instructor John Porcellino!

The workshop will include the creation of your own zine, a small comic that you can take home and show your friends and family. To get inspired to create your nature zine, the workshop will feature a short hike on our trails (weather permitting). There will be an engaging presentation of how to make a zine and how to draw natural elements, as well as individualized support in the making of your zine. Supplies and snacks provided.

This workshop is specifically designed for tweens, teens, and young adults, but ages 10 and up are welcome. Registration is limited, so please sign up in advance. This workshop is $15 per adult participant and free for students.
