FREE FAMILY GOLF EVENT OCTOBER 9, 2021 -- Rockford Park District invites families to enjoy an afternoon of golf and related activities at the Bill Laude Family Golf Day, a new free event, Saturday October 9, 2021, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at Sinnissippi Golf Course, 2004 Arlington Av., Rockford, IL. The event is funded by the Bill Laude Memorial Fund, in remembrance of the local golf enthusiast who loved playing at Sinnissippi, and wanted all youth to have the opportunity to learn and enjoy the game with family.

Boys and girls of all ages with an accompanying adult will enjoy no-pressure golfing, learning from Park District golf pros, and having fun “feeding” golf balls to the giant inflatable Golfing Gator. There will also be free gifts, and a chance to win a new set of youth or adult golf clubs. This is a drop-in event, with no registration required, is one of many free family friendly activities offered through the Rockford Park District for the community to enjoy
