Rockford, IL – A long-time leader of Winnebago County's Republican Party has died. WNIJ's Susan Stephens has more on Gene Quinn's political legacy.

Visitation is Friday evening from 7 to 9 and Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:15 at Rockford's Holy Family Catholic Church. Mass and burial follow the visitation Saturday.
