Senior Exercise Class
This drop-in class for seniors is intended to develop strength, balance, and flexibility. All exercises can be done seated or standing (with nothing on the floor). Hand weights, resistance bands, and small balls are provided for use during the class. All participants are asked to sign a Liability Waiver and provide emergency contact information. This class meets at the same time each Monday and Wednesday, as well as Fridays. Come when you can!
