In Elgin, former Prime Minister Tony Blair will speak at Judson University in April. Blair will follow past keynote addresses by Mikhail Gorbachev former President George W. Bush.
According to the University, Blair will speak at the third annual World Leaders Forum. This event brings a group of World Leaders to the campus each year to "ignite a flame of leadership for all who attend."
