Applications for Illinois' Medical Cannabis Pilot Program (MCPP) were posted online today. The submission period for applications begins on September 2, 2014.
Patient, caregiver, and doctor certification forms are available on the MCPP website. Draft applications for medical marijuana dispensaries and cultivation centers were also posted on the website.
Illinois' medical marijuana law went into effect on January 1, 2014. The law allows up to 60 dispensaries and 21 cultivation centers.
No licenses have been issued yet to any dispensaries or growing centers in the state.
