The annual migration back to school signals the release of the annual Beloit College Mindset List. Authors Ron Nief and Tom McBride started the compilation back in 1998 to help Beloit College faculty understand the cultural references of their incoming freshmen. WNIJ’s Susan Stephens spoke with the now-retired duo about what defines this year’s crop of students.
