The Midtown Community Health Team is organizing its first ever Fun & Health Fair to be held at Patriots' Gateway Center on June 10, 2023 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. We will have family-friendly and interactive displays and activities to engage attendees of all ages and connect them to resources to promote whole-person health. The members of the Community Health Team are community members representing healthcare, senior services, children and family services, education, energetic volunteers and more - all who want to make a difference in their community. Weather permitting, vendor booths will be inside and outside the center.
