This class is in person and will be held in the Anjali Pavilion or the Media Room (in case of inclement weather). CDC guidelines about face masks will be observed.

You have stories to tell! Your stories made you who you are and by using the craft of memoir we make art of them. We uncover hidden treasures, and expand understanding of ourselves and others. And when that happens we create a more authentic and beautifully textured life.

This two hour workshop is an introduction to the craft of memoir. It will explore what memoir is (and isn’t) and will include writing exercises.

Please bring: writing utensils and paper (preferred). Devices may be used if that is more comfortable for the participant. This workshop is for anyone who wants to write. All writers, all levels, are welcome.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not critique or evaluate work. Sharing your work will be welcome, but is always optional.
