Join us in listening to Alison Swenson, a Registered Dietitian from Minnesota, speak about intuitive eating. Alison owns her own practice, Reclaiming Nutrition, where she works with her clients to dispel the one size fits all philosophy on nutrition and help them in the journey to find freedom with all food. Alison will speak on what intuitive eating means, why diet culture should be left behind, and what to remember with the upcoming Holiday season in regard to food guilt and the typical New Year’s weight loss campaigns.

There will be time for a Q&A section at the end of the program.
