WNIJ is excited to announce two winners of our 30th Anniversary Design Contest: a staff choice and one chosen by you, the listeners. The Listener Choice is the design by Sara Rietman! Sara's use of a 1991 artifact, a boom box, captured the hearts of the vast majority of contest voters.
WNIJ staff also think one entry deserves an award for excellent use of the station call letters, and the Station Choice is the design by Claude Cummings! Congratulations, Claude, and thanks for following the brief to a T -- or rather a W-N-I-J.
Both designs will be used during our Fall Fundraising campaign.
