DeKalb, IL – Herb Holderman is a Vietnam Veteran who also heads DeKalb County's Veterans Assistance Commission. He's been covered medically since 1970 by the federal program that provides insurance for military veterans, plus an additional program some vets qualify for called TriCare. He spoke with WNIJ's Susan Stephens about how it works.
