Singer Mental Health Case Delayed Until 2013

In Rockford...the next court date in the Singer Mental Health Center lawsuit is scheduled for early January.

The two sides were back in court Thursday. Attorneys representing the state filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit...which was brought by the Illinois Nurses Association.  The union strongly opposed the decision to close the facility last month.  It's seeking judicial review of the process to grant a closure permit.
