Rockford's On The Waterfront Festival

For 29 years and counting, it's been a summer tradition: "On The Waterfront" returns to Rockford this Labor Day weekend with three days of music, food, and fun for all ages. This annual festival presents dozens of artists staged throughout downtown Rockford over three days.
